I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional, always going above and beyond to assist me. They spoke English fluently and were able to solve any problems I had during my stay. The hotel itself was quite luxurious, with a modern and new look. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel even had a library, although the books were all in Russian. I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel.

I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Although the front desk staff spoke liittle English but they were very pleasant and always willing to help. The small lobby coffee shop staff were also very nice too although guests were allowed to smoke inside. Also, the location was good.

No heating starting in May and the key card had to be changed every day.

Actually I was surprised to find that level of comfort and service for those rates. Especially knowing that hotel business in Russia is.. Errrm.. Kinda lags behind the rest of the world. Probably will stay there again, should I need an accommodation in Novosibirsk.

The hotel is new with clean rooms and modern furniture. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food was good and breakfast was enjoyable. The key location is ideal as it is close to a subway station, shopping mall, and amusement park. the view from the library was breathtaking.

The bathroom amenities were of poor quality and limited. The walls were also a bit thin, so noise from neighboring rooms could be heard.

Located close to a metro station, the hotel is quite central and convenient for exploring the city. Rooms are spacious and feature amenities such as an in-room safe and slippers. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The breakfast buffet has a limited selection and may not appeal to all guests.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The location was perfect for exploring and there were plenty of restaurants around. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

The staff was not very friendly or helpful. We had issues with our room key and the front desk did not seem to care.

The hotel is located quite in the center but also conveniently close to the metro station. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the hotel facilities were great, especially the pool and sauna. The staff was friendly and helpful, suggesting places to visit and answering all of my questions. Breakfast was amazing, with a huge selection of delicious food.
